Based in the Washington DC area, Alex is a bilingual and multicultural performer of Latinx and Palestinian heritage who has been developing her craft for over 20 years. She is an intelligent and thoughtful collaborator who enjoys playing complex characters with tough exteriors.
Since arriving on the DC theater scene in 2024, Alex has worked on productions with The Welders, Nu Sass Productions, Theatre Prometheus, Rorschach Theatre and other local companies.
Some of her favorite stage roles have included Kay in The Pliant Girls, M'Lynn Eatenton in Steel Magnolias and Sally Bowles in Cabaret.
Alex is also a digital illustrator who enjoys creating art for theater marketing materials and promotional design.
Alex lives in Lake Barcroft with her partner, their children and a variety of animals.
